Bill To Speed Up Transit Projects Clears Calif. Assembly

Law360, San Diego (May 23, 2012, 8:42 PM ET) -- The California Assembly on Monday passed a piece of legislation seeking to develop a partnership between the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority and the state Department of Transportation that would streamline transportation projects.
