Enviro Group Sues To Nix 315-MW Calif. Wind Project

Law360, New York (May 29, 2012, 5:29 PM ET) -- A California environmental group, a local labor union and desert residents on Friday sued federal and state authorities to stop the construction of a 315-megawatt wind energy facility on more than 10,000 acres of public land near the Anza-Borrego Desert State Park.
