NY GOP Could Still Shape Health Insurance Exchange

Law360, New York (July 05, 2012, 7:18 PM ET) -- New York Republican lawmakers who refused to create a health benefits exchange — forcing Gov. Andrew Cuomo to do so via executive order — could still have a say in the future of the exchange even after the U.S. Supreme Court dashed their hope that the nation's health reform law would be swept away, experts said Thursday.
