Thornburg Execs Come Under Trustee Scrutiny

Law360, New York (September 10, 2009, 2:44 PM ET) -- The U.S. trustee overseeing the bankruptcy of real estate investment firm TMST Inc., formerly known as Thornburg Mortgage Inc., is pushing to examine three of the company's top executives, saying he has obtained information that suggests the lender's assets may have been misappropriated.
