Law360, New York (May 29, 2012, 6:28 PM ET) -- Real estate development firm KUD International LLC and the Austin Planetarium have teamed up to propose a $240 million mixed-use complex in Texas' capital that would house a new science and technology museum as well as residential and commercial space, they announced Saturday.
