Law360, New York (July 03, 2012, 10:15 PM ET) -- New York real estate firm Taconic Investment Partners LLC and Oaktree Capital Management LP have paid $65 million to Arranz Acinas Group for a Tribeca site where they plan to build luxury, loft-style condominiums, they announced Tuesday.
The building at 71 Laight St., which will be designed by architect Morris Adjmi, will feature 34 loft-style residences from 1,900 to 5,400 square feet, according to the companies. The building is scheduled to be completed in 2014.
