Law360, New York (May 07, 2009) -- Ken Glazer, the senior deputy director of the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Competition, intends to part ways with the agency after more than three years overseeing the bureau and working on some of its biggest merger challenges, including Whole Foods Market Inc.'s acquisition of Wild Oats Markets Inc.
Describing Glazer as a "first-rate lawyer and antitrust thinker," FTC Chairman Jon Leibowitz announced the resignation Wednesday....
