IBM, SuperSpeed Settle Computer Patent Spat

Law360, New York (May 07, 2009) -- In a legal tussle that dragged out more than two years, IBM Corp. has reached a deal to resolve a suit filed by software firm SuperSpeed LLC that accused the computer giant of infringing patents related to computer data caching.
