Law360, New York (May 08, 2009) -- One of the largest contractors in Boston's Big Dig highway construction project has pled guilty to 39 federal charges related to a 2004 accident that flooded a highway tunnel, but prosecutors dropped 10 more charges stemming from a 2006 incident that killed a woman.
Modern Continental Corp. entered its guilty plea Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts....
