District Judge Gets 33 Months In Sexual Abuse Case

Law360, New York (May 11, 2009) -- U.S. District Judge Samuel B. Kent on Monday received a 33-month prison sentence for lying to investigators about allegations that he sexually abused his secretary, marking the first time that a federal judge has been sentenced in connection with sexual misconduct.
