Holland & Knight Nadel Work Draws Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (May 19, 2009) -- Investors who lost millions in an alleged $400 million Ponzi scheme operated by Florida fund manager Arthur Nadel have hit Holland & Knight LLP with a malpractice suit, alleging that the firm prepared offering documents for Nadel that omitted unsavory facts about his past, including that he had been disbarred.
