Judge Blasts Plaintiffs' Lawyer In Guidant MDL

Law360, New York (May 19, 2009) -- A federal judge on Tuesday harshly criticized a lawyer representing over 300 plaintiffs taking part in a $240 million settlement with Guidant Corp. over its implantable defibrillators for not telling his clients how much they would receive under the settlement, and said the lawyer could face sanctions.
