Law360, New York (May 22, 2009) -- The state of Alabama has struck an $89 million deal with six major drugmakers accused of overcharging the Alabama Medicaid Agency, including Sanofi-Aventis and Abbott Laboratories, in ongoing litigation alleging dozens of pharmaceutical companies artificially inflated their prices.
