Law360, New York (June 01, 2009) -- In a blow to both sides battling over conflicting patents related to the antidepressant citalopram, a federal judge found two claims of plaintiff Infosint SA's patent obvious but also invalidated the first claim of the patent belonging defendant H. Lundbeck A/S after finding the company had suppressed or concealed its invention.
