TiVo Wins Contempt Ruling, $103M In Dish Dispute

Law360, New York (June 03, 2009) -- A federal judge has found Dish Network Corp. in contempt of a permanent injunction barring it from infringing TiVo Inc.'s Time Warp digital video recorder patent and issued a new judgment handing the company another $103.1 million in damages, a decision and judgment the satellite television provider has vowed to appeal.
