Law360, New York (June 04, 2009) -- A group of female entertainers has filed a putative class action against Minnesota's King of Diamonds strip club, accusing it of violating wage-and-hour laws by misclassifying the women as independent contractors and requiring them to pay nightly house fees in order to work.
