Insurers Score Win Over Reichhold Faulty Resin Suits

Law360, New York (June 04, 2009) -- Finding that polymer maker Reichhold Inc.'s alleged sale of defective window resin is a breach of contract, a magistrate judge has recommended that National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh and other insurers not be required to provide coverage for lawsuits seeking more than $100 million in damages.
