Yahoo To Exit Online Advertising Patent Dispute

Law360, New York (June 10, 2009) -- Performance Pricing Inc. has moved to dismiss Yahoo Inc. from patent infringement litigation over online advertising technology, a move that would make the Internet search giant the third defendant to exit the Texas-based media sales consulting firm's suit.
