TI Denies Having Contract With Bankrupt Visteon

Law360, New York (June 11, 2009) -- Texas Instruments Inc. has filed an objection to bankrupt Visteon Corp.’s bid for authorization to continue paying suppliers’ claims, arguing that it has no contract with the auto parts supplier and thus should not be compelled to provide products to Visteon if the motion is approved.
