No Prevailing Wages For Off-Site Workers: Ohio Court

Law360, New York (June 17, 2009) -- The Ohio Supreme Court has ruled that state law only entitles employees working on public improvement projects to prevailing wages if they work directly on a project site, and that a union authorized to represent one employee in a public project can't automatically represent other employees in the same project.
