DOJ, DOT Team Up To Consider Airline Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (June 17, 2009) -- U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder said Wednesday that the U.S. Department of Justice would be working with the U.S. Department of Transportation to consider pending antitrust questions in airline partnerships, a response to concerns that the DOT lacks the expertise to address major competition concerns.
