Law360, New York (June 18, 2009) -- Sandoz Inc., Mayne Pharma Inc., Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. and Hospira Inc. have won summary judgment in a dispute with Sanofi-Aventis US LLC, which accused the generics manufacturers of infringing two patents for the popular colon cancer drug Eloxatin.
