Injunction Lifted In Spat Over Ed Hardy Images

Law360, New York (June 19, 2009) -- A federal judge has ruled that an artist who sued fashion designer Christian Audigier over alleged unattributed use of his images in the Ed Hardy clothing line has failed to prove certain claims under the Lanham Act for so-called reverse passing off, dissolving a preliminary injunction on the use of the images.
