Ky. Jury Finds Sandoz Liable For $16M In AWP Case

Law360, New York (June 25, 2009) -- A Kentucky jury has found that Sandoz Inc., the generic drugs division of Novartis AG, should shell out $16 million for defrauding the state’s Medicaid program and consumers by artificially boosting the prices for prescription drugs.
