Law360, New York (June 26, 2009) -- The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has upheld on re-examination a Rembrandt Vision Technologies LP contact lens patent at issue in a dispute with Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Inc., despite a preliminary ruling in September 2008 that the patent was invalid for obviousness.
