Law360, New York (June 29, 2009) -- The U.S. Supreme Court cleared the way Monday for Ricoh Co. Ltd.'s remaining patent claims against Quanta Computer Inc. over optical disc drive technology for computers to go to trial, refusing to hear the computer maker's petition to overturn an appellate decision that revived the suit.
