Some Alzheimer's Claims Tossed In Mayo Patent Suit

Law360, New York (June 30, 2009) -- A judge has dismissed two of the four counterclaims filed by Alzheimer's Institute of America Inc. against the Mayo Clinic Jacksonville in a patent dispute over transgenic mice used to research Alzheimer's disease, finding them preempted.
