Law360, New York (July 01, 2009) -- A federal judge has dismissed a suit that a group of pilots at Continental Airlines Inc. filed against the Air Line Pilots Association International in response to the union's challenge of their employer's interpretation of a seniority clause in the Fair Treatment for Experienced Pilots Act.
