EU Court Shaves Peugeot Fine In Dutch Export Suit

Law360, New York (July 09, 2009) -- A European court has affirmed the European Commission's decision to fine Automobiles Peugeot SA based on claims that the French automaker sought to block the export of cars from its Dutch subsidiary to the rest of the continent, but shaved 10 percent off the €49.5 million ($69.2 million) penalty.
