Ebewe, Sanofi Come To Terms Over Eloxatin Patent

Law360, New York (July 09, 2009) -- As part of a settlement agreement, Austrian pharmaceutical company Ebewe Pharma Ges.m.b.H. Nfg.KG has agreed to stipulate that it infringed the patents covering Sanofi-Aventis' colon cancer drug Eloxatin.
