Entergy Sued Over Sales To Unaffiliated Marketers

Law360, New York (July 10, 2009) -- The Louisiana Public Service Commission has accused Entergy Corp. of profiteering at consumers’ expense, alleging the company's Arkansas utility has been selling low-cost electric energy intended for system affiliates to third-party power marketers, including Duke Energy Corp. and Westar Energy Inc.
