Watson Pharma Ala. AWP Case Ends In Mistrial

Law360, New York (July 13, 2009) -- An Alabama judge reportedly declared a mistrial on Monday in a trial for a lawsuit filed by the Alabama attorney general against Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc., accused of taking part in an industrywide scheme to bilk Medicaid by inflating drug prices.
