LSI Points ITC Toward WSJ Article In Chip Probe

Law360, New York (July 20, 2009) -- Chip designer LSI Corp. and subsidiary Agere Systems Inc. have asked that the U.S. International Trade Commission take judicial notice of a Wall Street Journal article on the global technology supply chain in its ongoing investigation of the semiconductor industry.

In a Wednesday motion, LSI and Agere said the article showed there was a pattern of violation and that it was difficult to identify the source of infringing products....
