Law360, New York (July 17, 2009) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and state regulators have reached two deals totaling $3.625 million with nearly 200 parties to resolve allegations of Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act violations at a California Superfund site.
