Law360, New York (July 21, 2009) -- In a bid to trim multidistrict litigation accusing Netflix Inc. and Wal-Mart Stores Inc. of conspiring to divide the online DVD rental market, the companies have denounced the so-called speculative nature of claims brought by subscribers to Blockbuster Inc.’s online DVD rental service.
