P&G, Others Cough Up $1.8M In Wis. Cleanup Case

Law360, New York (July 22, 2009) -- The U.S. government has reached a $1.875 million settlement with 11 defendants, including Procter & Gamble Co. and Union Pacific Railroad Co., over the costs of cleaning up an area near the Fox River in Wisconsin.
