9th Circ. Affirms Grand Canyon Park Boaters Plan

Law360, New York (July 23, 2009) -- A federal appeals court has refused to second-guess the National Park Service's decision to continue to allow motorized rafts on the Colorado River in Grand Canyon National Park, despite environmental groups' claims that the 2006 management plan contradicts the agency's own policies on park governance.
