Okla. Damages Claims Tossed In $600M Poultry Suit

Law360, New York (July 23, 2009) -- A federal judge has dismissed Oklahoma's damages claims against Tyson Foods Inc. in a more than half-billion dollar suit over pollution in the Illinois River watershed, saying the state's failure to join an American Indian nation in the action is unfair.
