Law360, New York (July 28, 2009) -- Baxter Healthcare Corp. has agreed to pay $6.8 million to the state of Illinois to settle allegations that the drugmaker was part of an industrywide plot to overcharge customers for its products, Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan has announced.
