AirTran, Delta Baggage Fee Suit Moved To Ga.

Law360, New York (July 30, 2009) -- A federal judge has ordered that one of several lawsuits alleging that Delta Air Lines Inc. colluded with AirTran Airways Inc. over fees for checked baggage be transferred to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, where the suits are being considered for consolidation.
