Law360, New York (July 30, 2009) -- The U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division has reached a settlement requiring Sapa Holding AB and bankrupt Indalex Holdings Finance Inc. to divest an aluminum sheathing facility in North Carolina before Sapa can proceed with its proposed $150 million acquisition of Indalex.
The DOJ filed its complaint and proposed settlement Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia....
