Hayes Lemmerz Can Resume Dispute With Barnes

Law360, New York (July 31, 2009) -- A bankruptcy judge has granted Hayes Lemmerz International Inc.'s bid to move ahead with law firm Barnes & Thornburg LLP's suit over an allegedly unpaid bill, in which the auto supplier has filed a negligence counterclaim seeking more than $1 million in damages.
