Rembrandt Drops IP Claims, Moves To Dismiss MDL

Law360, New York (August 03, 2009) -- In a dispute over data-over-cable patents held by Rembrandt Technologies LP, the patent firm and several electronics and cable companies — including Motorola Inc., Cisco Systems Inc. and Time Warner Cable Inc. — have agreed to drop all claims, including allegations of infringement and counterclaims of unfair competition.
