Law360, New York (August 03, 2009) -- The judge overseeing a trademark suit Procter & Gamble Co. brought against Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products LLP over the bow tie-shaped pattern on P&G’s Bounty ExtraSoft paper towels rejected the plaintiff’s bid for a preliminary injunction that would have barred Georgia-Pacific from using a design that incorporates a bow tie shape on its Brawny paper towels.
