Nissan Seeks Sanctions Against MoFo, MHL Tek

Law360, New York (August 05, 2009) -- Nissan Motor Co. Ltd. is seeking sanctions against MHL Tek LLC and Morrison & Foerster LLP in ongoing tire patent infringement litigation, alleging they violated a protective order by bringing claims before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and failed to alert the agency that the patent-holding company did not own two patents.
