Law360, New York (August 06, 2009) -- Italy’s competition watchdog has reportedly extended by three months a probe into whether Italian bank Intesa Sanpaolo SpA failed to comply with antitrust procedures in relation to shareholder pacts.
On Thursday, Italy's antitrust regulator announced that it had extended the deadline of an antitrust probe to Jan. 14, 2010, at the request of the bank, according to Reuters....
