Mexican Steel Coil Co. Dealt Blow In Dumping Review

Law360, New York (August 07, 2009) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily found that a Mexican distributor of stainless steel sheet and strip in coils has been selling its products at less than market value in the U.S., but that two Japanese distributors should be let off the hook in a probe of anti-dumping duty orders on the imports.
