Actus, WildTangent Settle Payment Method Patent Suit

Law360, New York (August 10, 2009) -- Online gaming network WildTangent Inc. is the first defendant to reach a settlement with patent-holding company Actus LLC in a suit that accuses nearly two dozen entities of infringing four patents related to an electronic payment system.
