NextCard, HSBC Trim Claims In Credit Card IP Spat

Law360, New York (August 11, 2009) -- NextCard LLC has reached a partial settlement with two HSBC Holdings PLC units — the last defendants in an infringement suit brought by NextCard over patents for online credit approval technology — with both sides agreeing to trim their claims.
