Law360, New York (August 13, 2009) -- A slew of electronics and cable companies, including Motorola Inc. and Cisco Systems Inc., that are involved in multidistrict litigation over data-over-cable patents held by Rembrandt Technologies LP have asked a judge to invalidate two of the eight patents in dispute.
In the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware on Wednesday, the parties moved for summary judgment of invalidity of U.S. Patent Numbers 6,131,159 and 6,950,444....
